    The Board of Directors of the committee shall consist of at least three (3) Officers.

    Recall:
    Any elected officer of the committee may be recalled by a vote for removal by a 2/3 majority of voting members. All procedures for petitioning for a recall election shall be provided to voters for their inspections upon request. A recall election must be promptly conducted when a petition requesting such an election is submited to the RAB by not less than (X) residents.
